No Returns

We do not accept returns once a product has been sold and delivered. Customers are requested to review product details carefully before placing an order.

Refunds for Damaged or Defective Items

Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

The product received is damaged, defective, or missing at the time of delivery.

A clear and uninterrupted unboxing (opening) video is mandatory. The video must:

Show the sealed parcel clearly from all sides

Display the shipping label and tracking details

Capture the complete unboxing process without pauses or edits

❗ Refund requests without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.

Refund Process

If your refund request is approved:

The refund will be issued only to the original online payment method used while placing the order.

No cash or alternate refunds will be provided.

Refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Conditions Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

No unboxing video is submitted

The product is not damaged or defective

Damage caused due to mishandling after delivery

Minor variations in color or design due to photography or screen resolution

Incorrect product or address entered by the customer

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. All orders must be prepaid using the secure online payment options available on our website.
